Stone Crushers and Court Orders
As per High Court the distance guidelines given in WP No 17078/1997 to set up the Safer Zones for Stone Crushers are as below 1 That the two safer zones shall not be located within a radius of 50 kms. 2 Such safer zones shall not be located within the limits of:(a) Two kms, from the national highways, habitats, temples, schools and rivers.
